DIY Spring Wreath

Hello there beautiful people! I was cleaning up my files and I noticed this DIY I did last year that I never uploaded , oops! So its only fitting I share it with you all now <3
Its a beautiful flower wreath thats perfect for this time of year, obviously you can switch out the color scheme and the flowers used to whatever you prefer and whatever will match your decor best! I made this DIY as affordable as I could, and I loved the way it came out, I hope you guys love it as well <3
Pretty much everything I used for this DIY was purchased from my local dollar store.

What You Will Need:
x1 roll of wax paper to protect your work space
x1 wire wreath maker
a handful of flowers you want to use for this project, get enough to cover your wreath, its better to have extra than to run out and have a skinny wreath
x1 hot glue gun (preferably) you can find these at your local target, michaels, etc.
a handful of glue refills, just in case

  • Step 1-
    • Lay down your wax paper to protect your workspace from any hot glue
    • Plug in your hot glue gun, or prepare your preferred glue
  • Step 2-
    • Take the heads off of your flowers , if you got them from the dollar store they pop off very easily with minimal effort
  • Step 3-
    • Place the heads of your flowers around your wreath maker to give yourself an idea of what the final product will look like
      • Since you aren't gluing anything down yet you can arrange everything how you like it before committing to the placement
  • Step 4-
    • Glue the back of the flower to the wreath maker
      • If using hot glue, wait for the glue to completely dry and harden before moving on to the next flower to keep it from sliding and falling off
      • Make sure you're putting some pressure on the flower against the wreath maker to make sure it dries securely
  • Step 5-
    • Repeat step 4 all around your wreath maker until you're satisfied with how everything is looking
  • Step 6-
    • Let your wreath dry several hours before hanging , I let mine dry overnight just in case
  • Step 7-
    • Enjoy your masterpiece! xoxo

Please excuse my cringe-y-ness at the end of the video lmao, as i said, this was over a year old as you can see by my braces and I am not comfortable in front of a camera yet. Everything will improve in time <3 thank you so much for checking this DIY out, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! Until next time xoxo DMP
